I organized our 140 school mascots into one convenient interactive PDF (cleaning up vector files along the way, which was quite the project). The InDesign file links mascots from an Illustrator file where each school's art is on the art board corresponding to its school ID number, which keeps all PNGs and PDF pages in tidy order. Future updates will be easy because I only have to update the one Illustrator file link. This guide also pulls from a meticulous spreadsheet I have built and upkept for years.
