Created in Düsseldorf, Germany, with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina as the inspiration. The audio is a mix I made of two pieces by Mother and Vladislav Delay. The prompt was "Reconstructing New Orleans."
Katrina won Best in Show at Texas A&M University MSC Visual Arts Committee's 2008 ArtFest.
